American Turbo Power has matched the turbo size to the Harley-Davidson™ engine intake and RPM characteristics.

At 60 mph passing a car is virtually effortless by rolling the throttle on without downshifting. This turbo system does not cause any additional wear and tear on the engine.

If you have an engine with a larger bore size, cam and port work, it will improve your perfomance even more.

All our exhaust systems are made from 14 gauge heavy wall tubing thats Mandrel bent and heliarc welded.

All critical heat areas are shielded.

Turbocharger unit is either chrome/polished or ceramic coated/polished.

All exhaust systems can be ordered in chrome or ceramic silver or ceramic black which can stand up to 2000 degrees.

Mikuni carburetors can be ordered as satin or polished units.

We use a liquid filled brass 2.5 inch boost gauge with a billet gauge pod.

Highly polished to mount on the handlebars.

Kit includes a small fuel pump that produces 4 psi.

All oil lines are premade to fit your application.

Q - How quick will it power up?

A - It will increase the power output of all stock engines approximately 90% to 100% Extra power is immediate around 2600 rpm. It will continue to increase the torque to a tremendous level much like an airplane take-off.

Q - What kind of reliabilty can I expect?

A - This compact turbo is used in automotive applications and is capable of up to 200 horsepower of air supply on modified engines without any failures.

Q - Will this create extra heat for the engine?

A - No, motors that are 95 cu. in. and up can benefit from oil coolers.

Q - What does the exhaust sound like?

A - Still sounds like a Harley Davidson. Exhaust tone is louder than stock with a slight whistle, but mellower than individual open pipes.

Q - Can anyone install the system?

A - Anyone wiith general mechanical ability with hand tools can install the system in less than 8 hours.
